Ingredients
- 1 pound lean ground beef
- ¼ cup plain breadcrumbs
- ¼ cup Toom Garlic Dip (for meatballs)
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- ¼ cup Toom Garlic Dip (for sauce)
- 1 tablespoon harissa
Method
- 1In a medium bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, 1/4 cup Toom Garlic Dip, onion powder, oregano, salt, and black pepper.
- 2Mix ingredients thoroughly by hand until just combined.
- 3Portion about 1½ tablespoons of the mixture and roll gently into approximately 16 meatballs.
- 4Arrange meatballs in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
- 5Air fry at 400ºF for 8-10 minutes, shaking the basket halfway, until browned and cooked through.
- 6In a small bowl, whisk together the remaining 1/4 cup Toom Garlic Dip and harissa to make the dipping sauce.
- 7Serve the air-fried meatballs immediately with the spicy harissa garlic dip.
- 8Garnish with chopped fresh parsley if desired.
