Ingredients
  • 1 pound lean ground beef
  • ¼ cup plain breadcrumbs
  • ¼ cup Toom Garlic Dip (for meatballs)
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • ¼ cup Toom Garlic Dip (for sauce)
  • 1 tablespoon harissa
Method
  1. 1In a medium bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, 1/4 cup Toom Garlic Dip, onion powder, oregano, salt, and black pepper.
  2. 2Mix ingredients thoroughly by hand until just combined.
  3. 3Portion about 1½ tablespoons of the mixture and roll gently into approximately 16 meatballs.
  4. 4Arrange meatballs in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
  5. 5Air fry at 400ºF for 8-10 minutes, shaking the basket halfway, until browned and cooked through.
  6. 6In a small bowl, whisk together the remaining 1/4 cup Toom Garlic Dip and harissa to make the dipping sauce.
  7. 7Serve the air-fried meatballs immediately with the spicy harissa garlic dip.
  8. 8Garnish with chopped fresh parsley if desired.
