- Approximately 2 scoops Amul Vanilla Gold vanilla ice cream
- Chopped mangoes
- Chopped grapes
- Other mixed chopped fruits
- Chopped nuts
- Strawberry jelly red cubes
- 1 scoop Baskin Robbins strawberry ice cream
- About 2-3 tablespoons soaked basil seeds
- 1-2 scoops butterscotch ice cream
- Tutti-frutti for garnish
- 1 wafer stick for garnish
Method
- 1Place two scoops of creamy white vanilla ice cream at the bottom of a tall, clear glass.
- 2Add a layer of mixed chopped fruits, including orange mango pieces and green grape pieces, over the vanilla ice cream.
- 3Sprinkle a small amount of chopped nuts on top of the fruit layer.
- 4Add bright red cubes of strawberry jelly, forming another distinct layer.
- 5Gently place one scoop of pink strawberry ice cream on the jelly layer.
- 6Add more of the mixed chopped fruits over the strawberry ice cream.
- 7Spread a generous spoonful of gelatinous, soaked basil seeds (sabja) on top of the fruits.
- 8Crown the dessert with one to two scoops of light brown butterscotch ice cream, complete with crunchy praline bits.
- 9For garnish, sprinkle vibrant multi-colored tutti-frutti on top.
- 10Insert a decorative striped wafer stick into the ice cream.
