Method

  5. 5Add whole green chillies to the jar.
  6. 6Secure the lid tightly on the jar and gently shake to mix the contents.
  7. 7Uncap the jar daily for about one minute to allow air exposure for 15 days to facilitate fermentation.
  8. 8After 15 days of fermentation at room temperature, store the jar in the refrigerator.
