- One cup fennel seeds
- One cup rock sugar
- 1-2 teaspoons black pepper
- 6-8 green cardamom pods
- 2-3 tablespoons pre-soaked basil seeds

Method
- 1Add fennel seeds, rock sugar, black pepper, and green cardamom pods into a small blender jar.
- 2Blend the ingredients until a fine, light green powder is achieved.
- 3Transfer the prepared sharbat powder into a clear glass jar for storage.
- 4Add approximately two to three tablespoons of the prepared sharbat powder to a tall glass.
- 5Add a pinch of black salt to the glass.
- 6Add a generous spoonful (about 2-3 tablespoons) of the soaked basil seeds to the glass.
- 7Incorporate fresh lemon juice, squeezed from half a lemon.
- 8Fill the glass with water.
- 9Stir the mixture thoroughly with a long stir stick until all ingredients are well combined and the powder is dissolved.
