Method
  1. 1Sauté sliced white onions in a hot cast-iron skillet with olive oil.

  3. 3Add raw shrimp to the same skillet, season with fajita seasoning, and cook until nearly done.

  7. 7Top rice with sautéed vegetables, cooked shrimp, cooked corn kernels, and drained black beans.
