Method
  1. 1Add cashew nuts, whole almonds, seedless dates, and whole pistachios to a large bowl.
  2. 2Add dry-roasted makhana and broken dark chocolate pieces to the bowl.
  3. 3Pour warm milk over the dry fruits and chocolate in the bowl.
  4. 4Stir gently and let the mixture steep for 10-15 minutes to soften ingredients.
  5. 5Transfer the softened mixture to a mixer grinder jar, scraping the bowl clean.
  6. 6Blend the ingredients into a smooth, thick, and creamy paste, adding milk powder if desired for extra creaminess.
  7. 7Pour the blended mixture into a freezer-safe container.
  8. 8Smooth the surface of the mixture with a spatula.
  9. 9Garnish the top with slivered almonds and finely chopped pistachios.
  10. 10Cover the container with its lid and an additional layer of aluminum foil.
  11. 11Freeze the container for 7-8 hours until the ice cream is set.
  12. 12Scoop the frozen ice cream into a serving bowl or onto a plate.
  13. 13Garnish with additional chopped pistachios before serving.
