  • Radish leaves
  • One medium-sized red tomato
  • One medium-sized purple onion
  • Approximately four to five green chillies
  • A generous bunch of fresh green coriander leaves
  • A small handful of fresh mint leaves
  • Juice of about half a lemon
  • Salt to taste
Method
  1. 1Cut off the leafy greens from the two radishes and roughly chop them.
  2. 2Peel the white radish roots using a vegetable peeler and then roughly chop them into thick, circular pieces.
  3. 3Roughly chop one tomato, one onion, and approximately four to five green chillies.
  4. 4Gather a generous amount of fresh coriander leaves and a small handful of fresh mint leaves.
  5. 5Transfer the chopped radishes, radish leaves, tomato, onion, green chillies, coriander, and mint into a blender jar.
  6. 6Squeeze fresh lemon juice directly into the blender jar using a manual juicer.
  7. 7Activate the blender and process the ingredients until a smooth, bright green paste, the chutney, is formed.
