Ingredients
- Two white radishes
- Radish leaves
- One medium-sized red tomato
- One medium-sized purple onion
- Approximately four to five green chillies
- A generous bunch of fresh green coriander leaves
- A small handful of fresh mint leaves
- Juice of about half a lemon
- Salt to taste
Method
- 1Cut off the leafy greens from the two radishes and roughly chop them.
- 2Peel the white radish roots using a vegetable peeler and then roughly chop them into thick, circular pieces.
- 3Roughly chop one tomato, one onion, and approximately four to five green chillies.
- 4Gather a generous amount of fresh coriander leaves and a small handful of fresh mint leaves.
- 5Transfer the chopped radishes, radish leaves, tomato, onion, green chillies, coriander, and mint into a blender jar.
- 6Squeeze fresh lemon juice directly into the blender jar using a manual juicer.
- 7Activate the blender and process the ingredients until a smooth, bright green paste, the chutney, is formed.
