Ingredients
  • Several pieces boneless chicken (breasts or thighs)
  • Several tablespoons minced garlic
  • 1 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 to 1/2 cup honey
  • Few tablespoons sriracha or chili garlic sauce
  • 2-3 cups fresh broccoli florets
  • White rice (for serving)
  • Green onions (for garnish)
  • Cilantro (for garnish)
Method
  1. 1Place raw chicken pieces and minced garlic into a slow cooker.
  2. 2Combine and thoroughly mix sauce ingredients (soy sauce, honey, sriracha) in a measuring cup.
  3. 3Pour the prepared sauce over the chicken and garlic in the slow cooker.
  4. 4Add fresh broccoli florets on top of the chicken and sauce.
  5. 5Cover the slow cooker and cook until chicken is tender.
  6. 6Prepare white rice separately.
  7. 7Garnish with thinly sliced green onions and fresh chopped cilantro.
  8. 8Serve cooked honey garlic chicken and broccoli over rice.
