Ingredients
- Several pieces boneless chicken (breasts or thighs)
- Several tablespoons minced garlic
- 1 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 to 1/2 cup honey
- Few tablespoons sriracha or chili garlic sauce
- 2-3 cups fresh broccoli florets
- White rice (for serving)
- Green onions (for garnish)

Method
- 1Place raw chicken pieces and minced garlic into a slow cooker.
- 2Combine and thoroughly mix sauce ingredients (soy sauce, honey, sriracha) in a measuring cup.
- 3Pour the prepared sauce over the chicken and garlic in the slow cooker.
- 4Add fresh broccoli florets on top of the chicken and sauce.
- 5Cover the slow cooker and cook until chicken is tender.
