Method

  3. 3Gently turn the vadas using a slotted spoon to ensure even cooking and browning.
  4. 4Fry the vadas until they achieve a deep golden-brown color and appear crispy.
  5. 5Lift the fried vadas out of the hot oil with the slotted spoon, allowing excess oil to drain.
  6. 6Transfer the fried vadas to a plate lined with paper towels to absorb any remaining excess oil.
  7. 7Repeat the frying process for remaining batches of vadas.
