Ingredients
- 1.25 lbs ground beef
- 2.5 cups diced sweet potatoes
- 1 medium onion
- 2 tbsp taco seasoning
- 0.5 cup broth
- 1 can black beans
- 8 corn tortillas
- 1 cup enchilada sauce
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 2 avocados
- 0.5 cup yogurt
- 0.25 cup chopped cilantro
- 1 lime
- Sea salt to taste

Method
- 1Brown ground beef in a cast-iron skillet.
