  • 150g spaghetti
  • 3 salted egg yolks
  • 200g bacon
  • 1 tsp minced garlic
  • 20g butter
  • 100ml whipping cream
  • 150ml unsweetened milk
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • Pinch of pepper
