Ingredients
  • 1 cup cranberries (fresh or frozen)
  • Handful fresh cilantro
  • Several pieces chopped green jalapeno
  • 1 tablespoon white granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • Juice of half a lime
  • 1 block soft cream cheese
Method
  1. 1Add cranberries, chopped jalapeno, cilantro, sugar, and salt into a small food processor.
  2. 2Squeeze fresh lime juice directly into the food processor containing the other ingredients.
  3. 3Secure the lid onto the food processor and pulse ingredients in short bursts until everything is finely chopped to a chunky salsa consistency, but not puréed.
  4. 4Spread one block of softened cream cheese evenly onto a shallow, small, rectangular platter using a spoon to create a smooth, creamy base.
  5. 5Spoon the prepared cranberry-jalapeno relish generously over the entire surface of the cream cheese, covering it to create the dip.
