Ingredients
- 1 cup cranberries (fresh or frozen)
- Handful fresh cilantro
- Several pieces chopped green jalapeno
- 1 tablespoon white granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- Juice of half a lime
- 1 block soft cream cheese
Method
- 1Add cranberries, chopped jalapeno, cilantro, sugar, and salt into a small food processor.
- 2Squeeze fresh lime juice directly into the food processor containing the other ingredients.
- 3Secure the lid onto the food processor and pulse ingredients in short bursts until everything is finely chopped to a chunky salsa consistency, but not puréed.
- 4Spread one block of softened cream cheese evenly onto a shallow, small, rectangular platter using a spoon to create a smooth, creamy base.
- 5Spoon the prepared cranberry-jalapeno relish generously over the entire surface of the cream cheese, covering it to create the dip.
