  • ½ teaspoon onion powder

  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
Method
  1. 1Preheat the oven to 375°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. 2In a bowl, whisk together the cottage cheese, eggs, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  3. 3Spoon the mixture onto the baking sheet into 4 small circles (about ½ cup each), leaving space between them.
  4. 4Bake for 18–22 minutes, or until the rounds look set, lightly golden around the edges, and lift easily from the parchment.
  5. 5Cool slightly before removing. Serve plain, as mini flatbreads.
