- 1 cup cottage cheese
- 2 large eggs
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon onion powder
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
Method
- 1Preheat the oven to 375°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- 2In a bowl, whisk together the cottage cheese, eggs, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- 3Spoon the mixture onto the baking sheet into 4 small circles (about ½ cup each), leaving space between them.
- 4Bake for 18–22 minutes, or until the rounds look set, lightly golden around the edges, and lift easily from the parchment.
- 5Cool slightly before removing. Serve plain, as mini flatbreads.
