  • Approximately 1 cup small-curd cottage cheese

Method
  1. 1Scoop high-quality cottage cheese into a white, wide-rimmed bowl.
  2. 2Spread the cottage cheese evenly with a spoon.
  3. 3Spoon a generous amount of frozen blueberries over the cottage cheese base.
  4. 4Carefully place frozen raspberries on top of the cottage cheese and among the blueberries.
  5. 5Sprinkle sliced almonds liberally over the berries and cottage cheese.
  6. 6Place large white coconut flakes on top of the bowl.
  7. 7Drizzle a moderate amount of maple syrup over the entire bowl to add sweetness.
