- 400ml milk
- 10g dried tea leaves
- 25g rock sugar
- 30g condensed milk
- 5g goji berries
- 5g dried jujubes, deseeded and sliced
- 2-3 slices of fresh ginger
- A few dried rose bulbs
Method
- 1Roast rock sugar and dried tea leaves until sugar melts in a clay pot.
- 2Pour in fresh milk, stir in condensed milk.
- 3Add jujubes and ginger. Simmer for 5 minutes.
- 4Add dried rose bulbs towards the end of simmering.
- 5Strain into a cup and serve hot.
