  • 400ml milk
  • 10g dried tea leaves
  • 25g rock sugar
  • 30g condensed milk
  • 5g goji berries
  • 5g dried jujubes, deseeded and sliced
  • 2-3 slices of fresh ginger
  • A few dried rose bulbs
Method
  1. 1Roast rock sugar and dried tea leaves until sugar melts in a clay pot.
  2. 2Pour in fresh milk, stir in condensed milk.
  3. 3Add jujubes and ginger. Simmer for 5 minutes.
  4. 4Add dried rose bulbs towards the end of simmering.
  5. 5Strain into a cup and serve hot.
