Ingredients
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 1-2 tablespoons minced garlic
  • 1 teaspoon chopped green chilies
  • 1 cup thinly sliced cabbage
  • 1/2 cup julienned carrots
  • 1/2 cup chopped spinach leaves
  • 1.5 cups cleaned and deveined prawns
  • 1 tablespoon chili crisp
  • 1-2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • A pinch of sugar
  • 1 packet (200g) shirataki noodles, drained and rinsed
  • A handful of sliced spring onion greens
Method
  1. 1Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a non-stick pan on high heat.
  2. 2Add 1-2 tablespoons of minced garlic and stir-fry until golden brown.
  3. 3Add 1 teaspoon of chopped green chilies, 1 cup of thinly sliced cabbage, 1/2 cup of julienned carrots, and 1/2 cup of chopped spinach leaves to the pan.
  4. 4Stir-fry the vegetables on high heat for about one minute to retain their crispness.
  5. 5Add 1.5 cups of cleaned and deveined prawns to the pan.
  6. 6Mix prawns well with the vegetables and cook on high heat for about one minute until they turn opaque and pinkish-white.
  7. 7Season the dish with 1 tablespoon of chili crisp, 1-2 tablespoons of soy sauce, salt to taste, black pepper to taste, and a pinch of sugar.
  8. 8Thoroughly mix all ingredients to ensure even coating and flavor distribution.
  9. 9Add 1 packet (200g) of drained and rinsed shirataki noodles to the pan.
  10. 10Toss the noodles with the other ingredients on high flame for 30 seconds, allowing them to absorb the flavors and sauce.
  11. 11Finish by sprinkling a handful of sliced spring onion greens over the dish for garnish.
