  • 0.75 cup raw cashews
  • 2 blocks instant ramen noodles
  • 2 stalks green onions
  • 1 tbsp white sesame seeds
Method
  1. 1Season cubed chicken with garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, red pepper flakes, and tamari. Mix well.
  2. 2Sprinkle flour or cornstarch over chicken and mix to coat evenly.
  3. 3In a separate bowl, whisk together hoisin sauce, ketchup, honey, tamari, minced garlic, ground ginger, and red pepper flakes for the sauce.
  4. 4Stir-fry the coated chicken in a skillet until browned and crispy.
  5. 5Add raw cashews to the skillet with the chicken.
  6. 6Pour the prepared sauce over the chicken and cashews, tossing to coat thoroughly.
  7. 7Add two blocks of dry ramen noodles directly to the skillet.
  8. 8Toss thoroughly with tongs until noodles cook, soften, and absorb the sauce directly in the skillet.
