- 1.25 lbs cubed chicken
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder

- 2 tbsp honey

- 0.75 cup raw cashews
- 2 blocks instant ramen noodles
- 2 stalks green onions
- 1 tbsp white sesame seeds
Method
- 1Season cubed chicken with garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, red pepper flakes, and tamari. Mix well.
- 2Sprinkle flour or cornstarch over chicken and mix to coat evenly.
- 3In a separate bowl, whisk together hoisin sauce, ketchup, honey, tamari, minced garlic, ground ginger, and red pepper flakes for the sauce.
- 4Stir-fry the coated chicken in a skillet until browned and crispy.
- 5Add raw cashews to the skillet with the chicken.
- 6Pour the prepared sauce over the chicken and cashews, tossing to coat thoroughly.
- 7Add two blocks of dry ramen noodles directly to the skillet.
- 8Toss thoroughly with tongs until noodles cook, soften, and absorb the sauce directly in the skillet.
- 9Garnish with fresh green onions and white sesame seeds before serving.
