Ingredients
  • 2 cups shredded chicken
  • 8 ounces cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
  • 1/2 cup chopped cilantro
  • 1/2 cup sliced scallions
  • 1 pack (12) Hawaiian rolls
  • 1.5 cups shredded cheese
  • 1/4 cup ranch dressing
  • 1/4 cup pickled jalapeños
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 3 cloves minced garlic
  • 1 tbsp poppy seeds
Method
  1. 1Combine shredded chicken, cream cheese, buffalo sauce, cilantro, and scallions in a bowl.
  2. 2Stir the chicken mixture until well incorporated and creamy.
  3. 3Slice the block of Hawaiian rolls horizontally to separate tops and bottoms.
  4. 4Place the bottom half of the rolls in a baking dish.
  5. 5Layer shredded cheese over the bottom rolls.
  6. 6Spread the buffalo chicken mixture over the cheese.
  7. 7Drizzle ranch dressing over the chicken mixture.
  8. 8Add more cilantro, green onion, and pickled jalapeños.
  9. 9Layer with more shredded cheese.
  10. 10Place the top half of the rolls over the cheese layer.
  11. 11Melt butter and mix with minced garlic and buffalo sauce for the topping.
  12. 12Brush the butter mixture over the top of the rolls and sprinkle with poppy seeds.
  13. 13Bake until golden and cheese is super melty.
