Ingredients
- 2 cups shredded chicken
- 8 ounces cream cheese
- 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
- 1/2 cup chopped cilantro
- 1/2 cup sliced scallions
- 1 pack (12) Hawaiian rolls
- 1.5 cups shredded cheese
- 1/4 cup ranch dressing
- 1/4 cup pickled jalapeños
- 1/2 cup butter
- 3 cloves minced garlic
- 1 tbsp poppy seeds
Method
- 1Combine shredded chicken, cream cheese, buffalo sauce, cilantro, and scallions in a bowl.
- 2Stir the chicken mixture until well incorporated and creamy.
- 3Slice the block of Hawaiian rolls horizontally to separate tops and bottoms.
- 4Place the bottom half of the rolls in a baking dish.
- 5Layer shredded cheese over the bottom rolls.
- 6Spread the buffalo chicken mixture over the cheese.
- 7Drizzle ranch dressing over the chicken mixture.
- 8Add more cilantro, green onion, and pickled jalapeños.
- 9Layer with more shredded cheese.
- 10Place the top half of the rolls over the cheese layer.
- 11Melt butter and mix with minced garlic and buffalo sauce for the topping.
- 12Brush the butter mixture over the top of the rolls and sprinkle with poppy seeds.
- 13Bake until golden and cheese is super melty.
- 14Serve warm.
