Ingredients
- 1 cup overnight oats base (oats and milk mixture)
- 1/4 to 1/2 cup chia seeds soaked in milk
- 1-2 teaspoons espresso powder
- 1 scoop or 2 tablespoons unflavoured whey protein
- Less than 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon powder
- 1 tablespoon peanut butter
- 1 teaspoon brown sugar
- A few whole coffee beans
Method
- 1Spoon the overnight oats base into a clear mason jar.
- 2Add the soaked chia seeds on top of the oat base.
- 3Layer espresso powder, unflavoured whey protein powder, and cinnamon powder into the jar.
- 4Stir all ingredients in the mason jar until well combined and the mixture is a uniform light brown, creamy consistency.
- 5Pour the mixed overnight oats from the mason jar into a clear serving glass.
- 6Place a spoonful of peanut butter on top of the oats.
- 7Sprinkle brown sugar and a few whole coffee beans for decoration.
