Ingredients
  • 1 cup overnight oats base (oats and milk mixture)
  • 1/4 to 1/2 cup chia seeds soaked in milk
  • 1-2 teaspoons espresso powder
  • 1 scoop or 2 tablespoons unflavoured whey protein
  • Less than 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon powder
  • 1 tablespoon peanut butter
  • 1 teaspoon brown sugar
  • A few whole coffee beans
Method
  1. 1Spoon the overnight oats base into a clear mason jar.
  2. 2Add the soaked chia seeds on top of the oat base.
  3. 3Layer espresso powder, unflavoured whey protein powder, and cinnamon powder into the jar.
  4. 4Stir all ingredients in the mason jar until well combined and the mixture is a uniform light brown, creamy consistency.
  5. 5Pour the mixed overnight oats from the mason jar into a clear serving glass.
  6. 6Place a spoonful of peanut butter on top of the oats.
  7. 7Sprinkle brown sugar and a few whole coffee beans for decoration.
