Method
- 1Sift cocoa powder into condensed milk in a clear glass bowl.
- 2Mix the cocoa powder and condensed milk thoroughly with a spoon until it transforms into a thick, dark, cohesive mass.
- 3Transfer the dark mixture onto a piece of plastic cling film and wrap it tightly into a firm cylinder.
- 4Chill the wrapped mixture by freezing for an hour or refrigerating for a few hours.
- 5Unwrap the chilled mixture and place it on a white cutting board.
- 6Cut the firm mass into portions.
- 7With greased hands, roll each portion between the palms to form smooth, round balls.
