  • More cocoa powder
Method
  1. 1Sift cocoa powder into condensed milk in a clear glass bowl.
  2. 2Mix the cocoa powder and condensed milk thoroughly with a spoon until it transforms into a thick, dark, cohesive mass.
  3. 3Transfer the dark mixture onto a piece of plastic cling film and wrap it tightly into a firm cylinder.
  4. 4Chill the wrapped mixture by freezing for an hour or refrigerating for a few hours.
  5. 5Unwrap the chilled mixture and place it on a white cutting board.
  6. 6Cut the firm mass into portions.
  7. 7With greased hands, roll each portion between the palms to form smooth, round balls.
  8. 8Roll each dark chocolate ball in additional cocoa powder until completely coated.
  9. 9Serve the small, round, chocolate brigadeiros neatly arranged on a black plate.
