Ingredients
  • 1 cup boondi
  • 1.5 cups yogurt
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon black salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon roasted cumin seed powder
  • 0.25 teaspoon red chili powder
  • 1 tablespoon chopped mint leaves
  • Lukewarm water
Method
  1. 1Soak boondi in lukewarm water for 10 minutes.
  2. 2Whisk yogurt until smooth.
  3. 3Add chopped mint leaves, salt, black salt, red chili powder, and roasted cumin powder to the yogurt.
  4. 4Mix the spices thoroughly into the yogurt.
  5. 5Squeeze excess water from the soaked boondi.
  6. 6Add the squeezed boondi to the seasoned yogurt.
  7. 7Stir to combine the boondi and yogurt evenly.
