Method
  1. 1Chop the black carrots.
  2. 2Combine the chopped black carrots with water, powdered mustard seeds, black pepper, cumin, carom seeds, black salt, and white salt.
  3. 3Allow the mixture to ferment in large containers for 14 days.
  4. 4Before serving, vigorously stir the fermented Kaanji liquid.
  5. 5Pour the Kaanji liquid into serving cups or bottles.
  6. 6Add slices of fermented black carrot to the served drink.
  7. 7Optionally, add fermented red carrot pieces and Haazmola masala to the served drink.
