- Approximately half a cup of roughly chopped beetroot pieces

Method
- 1Roughly chop the beetroot and gather all other ingredients.
- 2Place the chopped beetroot pieces at the bottom of a personal blender jar.
- 3Add a handful of fresh mint leaves into the blender jar.
- 4Pour about half a cup of yogurt or curd into the blender jar.
- 5Add roughly half a cup of water into the blender jar.
- 6Sprinkle one teaspoon of salt over the contents in the blender jar.
- 7Seal the blender jar with its lid and attach it to the base.
- 8Blend the mixture for a few seconds until it turns into a smooth, frothy, uniform pink liquid.
- 9Pour the freshly blended Beetroot Chaas from the blender jar into a clear, stemmed glass.
- 10Sprinkle a small amount of roasted cumin powder over the frothy surface of the drink.
