Method
  1. 1Roughly chop the beetroot and gather all other ingredients.
  2. 2Place the chopped beetroot pieces at the bottom of a personal blender jar.
  3. 3Add a handful of fresh mint leaves into the blender jar.
  4. 4Pour about half a cup of yogurt or curd into the blender jar.
  5. 5Add roughly half a cup of water into the blender jar.
  6. 6Sprinkle one teaspoon of salt over the contents in the blender jar.
  7. 7Seal the blender jar with its lid and attach it to the base.
  8. 8Blend the mixture for a few seconds until it turns into a smooth, frothy, uniform pink liquid.
  9. 9Pour the freshly blended Beetroot Chaas from the blender jar into a clear, stemmed glass.
  10. 10Sprinkle a small amount of roasted cumin powder over the frothy surface of the drink.
