- 2-3 cups water
- 1 black tea bag
- About 1 tablespoon unflavored gelatin
- 1/4 cup cold water
- Half a small lemon
- 1 spoonful sweetener
Method
- 1Place a clear glass teapot on a gas stove.
- 2Pour water into the teapot and light the stove to bring the water to a boil.
- 3Once the water is boiling, add one black tea bag to the teapot.
- 4Cover the teapot, switch off the heat, and let the tea steep for 3 minutes.
- 5In a separate clear mug, add approximately one tablespoon of unflavored gelatin powder.
- 6Pour a small amount of cold water over the gelatin and stir well until it dissolves and appears cloudy and smooth.
- 7Cut half a small lemon and squeeze its juice directly into the gelatin mixture in the mug.
- 8Carefully pour the steeped black tea from the teapot into the mug containing the gelatin and lemon mixture.
- 9Stir the combined drink thoroughly to ensure all ingredients are well mixed.
- 10Add one spoonful of a clear, thick sweetener and stir until fully incorporated.
- 11Pour the liquid into two individual serving glasses or mugs.
- 12Place the glasses in a refrigerator to set until cold and possibly having a jelly-like consistency.
