Ingredients
  • 2 bananas
  • ½ cup heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 teaspoons matcha green tea powder
  • ¼ cup hot water
  • 3 cups milk of choice
Method
  1. 1In a small blender, blend the bananas, heavy cream, sugar (if using) and vanilla until well blended. Set aside.
  2. 2In a small bowl or mug, sift the matcha green tea powder to remove any clumps.
  3. 3Add the hot water and whisk the matcha and hot water together until the mixture becomes smooth and frothy.
  4. 4Heat the milk in a cup for 1 minute.
  5. 5Then pour the matcha mixture slowly over the warm milk and top it off with the banana foam.
