Ingredients
- 2 bananas
- ½ cup heavy cream
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 teaspoons matcha green tea powder
- ¼ cup hot water
- 3 cups milk of choice
Method
- 1In a small blender, blend the bananas, heavy cream, sugar (if using) and vanilla until well blended. Set aside.
- 2In a small bowl or mug, sift the matcha green tea powder to remove any clumps.
- 3Add the hot water and whisk the matcha and hot water together until the mixture becomes smooth and frothy.
- 4Heat the milk in a cup for 1 minute.
- 5Then pour the matcha mixture slowly over the warm milk and top it off with the banana foam.
