Ingredients
- 2 medium ripe bananas
- 1 medium egg
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 c natural nut butter
- 1 tbsp almond flour
- Chocolate chips (optional)
- Walnuts (optional)
Method
- 1Place two peeled bananas in a white ceramic mixing bowl and thoroughly mash until a lumpy paste is achieved.
- 2Sprinkle 1/2 tsp baking powder over the mashed bananas.
- 3Crack and add 1 medium egg to the bowl.
- 4Add 1/4 c natural nut butter to the mixture.
- 5Add 1 tbsp almond flour to the mixture.
- 6Vigorously whisk all ingredients together until a smooth, uniform, light brown batter is formed.
- 7Fold in a handful of dark chocolate chips and chopped walnuts if using.
- 8Preheat the oven to 360 F.
- 9Bake in a white ceramic baking dish at 360 F for 27-35 minutes.
