  • Chili powder: a very small pinch
  • Ice cubes: fill three-quarters of glass capacity
  • Water: approximately half a glass

  • Mint leaves: a small sprig
Method
  1. 1Coat the rim of a tall glass with a mixture of chaat masala and chili powder.
  2. 2Pour pre-prepared bael juice into the rimmed glass, filling it about one-third to half full.
