Ingredients
- 2-3 large spoonfuls Nam Prik Pao
- 2-3 cloves minced garlic
- 1-2 small chopped shallots
- 2-3 cups cooked white rice
- 1 tbsp chili flakes
- 2-3 eggs
- 1/2 cup diced bell peppers
- 8-10 medium shrimp
- Generous handful Thai basil leaves
- 2 tbsp cooking oil
Method
