Ingredients

Method
  1. 1Pour approximately one cup of raw quinoa grains into a container and add water to submerge them.
  2. 2Seal the container and let the quinoa soak.
  3. 3Transfer the soaked quinoa into a blender jar along with flax.
  4. 4Blend the quinoa and flax with the soaking water until a smooth, thick batter is formed.
  5. 5Heat a non-stick pan.
  6. 6Pour a ladleful of batter onto the hot pan and spread it quickly in a circular motion to form a thin, round wrap.
  7. 7Cook the wrap on one side until it becomes opaque and begins to brown slightly.
  8. 8Flip the wrap with a wooden spatula.
  9. 9Cook the other side until it is evenly golden brown with some darker, crispy spots.
