Method

- 4Blend the quinoa and flax with the soaking water until a smooth, thick batter is formed.

- 6Pour a ladleful of batter onto the hot pan and spread it quickly in a circular motion to form a thin, round wrap.
- 7Cook the wrap on one side until it becomes opaque and begins to brown slightly.
- 8Flip the wrap with a wooden spatula.
- 9Cook the other side until it is evenly golden brown with some darker, crispy spots.
